• Community analysis of the Global Leadership Academy (GLAC) on behalf of the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The assignment included network analysis, a review of alumni expectations, and the development of activities to further strengthen the network.
• Interim evaluation of a school support program on behalf of the Robert Bosch Stiftung.
• Review of the the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program on behalf of the Robert Bosch Stiftung. Focus on assessing the current roles and functions of the alumni, the effects of the fellowship program on their careers and their views on strengthening the alumni network.
• Review of the Future Forum Turkey-Europe (TEFF) on behalf of Stiftung Mercator. Focus on assessing the current roles and functions of the alumni, the effects of the program on their careers and their views on strengthening the international alumni network.
• Comprehensive network analysis of different alumni programs of the Bosch Alumni Network on behalf of the International Alumni Center Berlin.
• Organizational analysis of the Risk-Informed Early Action Partnerships (REAP), an international partnership tasked with strengthening crisis preparedness and early action (as Team Leader in the context of my work at the Global Public Policy Institute).
• Piloting and monitoring of the global roll-out of a simplified reporting template for humanitarian projects on behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office (as Team Leader within my work at the Global Public Policy Institute).
• Evaluation of the Peacebuilding Policy of the UN World Food Programme (as Senior Evaluator within my work at the Global Public Policy Institute).
• Organizational Evaluation of Fondation Botnar (as Senior Evaluator within the scope of my work at the Global Public Policy Institute).
• Initiating and building a network of African think tanks to strengthen exchange and networking among African research institutions (as part of my work at the Global Public Policy Institute).
